We operate in one industry segment, cargo handling and related services, with the business organized into three geographical regions: Asia, EMEA and the Americas. We operate a decentralized business model in which every port is led by its own CEO with regional oversight. Each port has clear commercial strategies and our leadership team are empowered to make the decisions that they need to create value in each port and to respond to the specific needs of our local communities. Our model underpins our entrepreneurial agility, which helps us unlock growth in our ports and ensures that our key stakeholders are focused on value creation.
