Caroline is the Vice President of Financial Management and Budget of the ICTSI* Group. She was appointed to the said position in April 2018. She is also currently a Director of Batumi International Container Terminal Ltd. 

Prior to ICTSI, she handled various senior assurance and financial advisory roles at SyCip Gorres Velayo & Co. (a member firm of Ernst & Young Global Limited) and Manabat Sanagustin & Co. (a member firm of KPMG International). 

Caroline is a CFA Charterholder and a Certified Public Accountant. She graduated from the University of Santo Tomas with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Accountancy (Cum Laude) in 1999. She also attended the Management Development Program of the Asian Institute of Management in 2008.
