Manuel is the Chief Financial Officer of ICTSI* effective 18 January 2023. He joined the Company in 2013 as Global Finance Manager and became Director of Corporate Finance in 2015. He was appointed as Director, Head of Mergers and Acquisitions in 2020 and was promoted to Vice President, Global Mergers and Acquisitions in 2021. Prior to joining ICTSI, Mr. Pascua held various positions in projects and business development in the container terminal industry as well as infrastructure project financing.

Manuel received a Masters in Business Administration from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania in 2003 and is a graduate of the Ateneo de Manila University with a Bachelor of Arts in Management Economics.
