BGT demonstrates heavy lift expertise

Basra Gateway Terminal (BGT) demonstrated its project cargo expertise with its recent handling of general cargo on behalf of agent Al Rashed. Twenty-six heavy lift cargo, including a piece that weighs 130 tons and measures 30 meters long, was offloaded from the vessel KSL Danyang. The operation took six days to complete and required offloading the 130-ton cargo via tandem lift.
