Basra Gateway Terminal celebrated Ramadan by holding an Iftar gathering for customers and staff during the last week of the holy month.
The client gathering was held on April 25 and was attended by valued shipping agents, port authority officials and other major stakeholders, providing everyone in attendance an opportunity to interact in an informal setting by sharing Iftar or the breaking of the fast at sundown.
At the terminal, BGT also held a celebration with 400 employees at the Berth 21 warehouse, where everyone gathered to break their fasting, share food and celebrate the holy month.
BGT tradition. Each year, BGT employees come together to share a meal and celebrate the end of Ramadan
