CMSA rolls out flu vaccine program

A CMSA personnel received her annual flu shot last November.

Contecon Manzanillo (CMSA) rolled out its vaccination campaign against the flu last November as Mexico enters one of its coldest winters on record.

The Company, in collaboration with Health Jurisdiction No. 3, started the campaign with a caravan to promote the flu vaccine and explain how it can maximize the community’s immunity against influenza. While COVID-19 remains a threat, people also need to protect themselves against the flu as both these viruses will be circulating during the cold season.

The annual flu vaccination for CMSA employees was held from November 24 to 25, with more than 180 personnel taking their jabs.

The Company encourages all staff to continue to observe proper health measures to protect themselves against the seasonal flu and COVID-19.
