Federal Deputy and Marine Commission Secretary visits CMSA

Contecon Manzanillo recently organized a meeting with Federal Deputy and Marine Commission Secretary Julia Jiménez as part of efforts to further strengthen relations and cooperation with all three levels of the Mexican Government. 

José Antonio Contreras, CMSA chief executive officer, discussed with Secretary Jiménez the company’s growth plan along  with the investments that will be made over the next two years to increase the terminal’s dynamic capacity to 1.7 million TEUs.

For her part, Secretary Jiménez expressed her willingness to work on improving the logistical conditions of Mexican ports and appeal to the tribune to speed up the required road infrastructure works at the Port of Manzanillo.
