ICTSI South Pacific invests in leadership

ICTSI South Pacific reaffirms its commitment to developing the organization’s manpower with the recent success of its Transformational Leadership Program.
 
Conducted over 13 weeks, the program was designed to develop the capabilities of managers and operations superintendents from Motukea International Terminal in Port Moresby and South Pacific International Container Terminal in Lae.
 
In his congratulatory message to participants, Nico Arkell, ICTSI South Pacific Head of Engineering,  encouraged everyone to “put into action what you have learned and be accountable as managers and superintendents to your teams and department heads.”
 
In addition, management also selected four terminal managers and superintendents to participate in the industry specific operational management training at ICTSI’s headquarters in Manila, Philippines in the fourth quarter of 2022.
 
The program is part of ICTSI South Pacific’s training and development strategy to enhance the capabilities of current and future leaders of the company.
