MCT receives Safety Seal

The health and safety of workers and port users remain the top priority for Mindanao Container Terminal (MCT), which recently received its Safety Seal Certification.

Awarded by the local government of Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental, the Safety Seal Certification is a voluntary certification scheme affirming an establishment’s compliance with the minimum public health standards set by the Philippine government. It also indicates a company’s participation in the contact tracing efforts of the government via the StaySafe.ph app. The certification is valid for six months.

Despite the recent spike in the number of COVID cases after the holidays, MCT remains committed to engaging more customers and ensuring uninterrupted operations, all while maintaining compliance to the minimum public health standards.
