OMT handles first major GC shipment

OMT and Kerry Project Logistics teams celebrate the completion of OMT’s first major cargo operations

 

Onne Multipurpose Terminal (OMT), International Container Terminal Services, Inc.’s (ICTSI) business unit in Nigeria, handled its first major general cargo shipments in July and August.

Offloaded from the general cargo vessel Shanghai, the shipments by third-party logistics provider Kerry Logistics included a major pipe delivery as well as modular accommodation units for the upcoming LNG project Bonny Train 7 in Nigeria’s Delta region.

OMT is proud to have been chosen by Kerry Logisitcs as its preferred terminal for these shipments. With ICTSI’s brand of world-class port operation and management, OMT hopes to forge a long and fruitful partnership with Kerry  Logistics to support Nigeria’s booming economic growth.
