PNP-DEG rolls out anti-narcotics K9 program at MHC

The Philippine National Police Drug Enforcement Group (PNP-DEG) launched its Narcotics Drug Detection Dogs Program at the Manila Harbor Center (MHC) last October 22.

Done in coordination with the PNP regional offices, PNP Maritime Group, the Philippine Ports Authority and the Philippine Coast Guard, the simultaneous deployment of K9 units at MHC, other seaports and selected bus terminals aims to deter the entry and circulation of illegal drugs in the country.
