SCIPSI secures ISO 9001, 14001 certifications for QMS, EMS

South Cotabato Integrated Port Services, Inc. (SCIPSI), ICTSI's subsidiary at the Makar Wharf in General Santos City, recently secured its ISO 9001 and 14001 certifications after passing the strict audit conducted by Socotec Certification International last June 7, 8 and 13, 2022. 

Compliance to the Integrated Management Standards (IMS) Quality Management System (ISO 9001: 2015) and Environment Management System (ISO 14001:2015) ensures that SCIPSI operates with a high-level quality of service, strong customer focus, robust health and safety management of workers and stakeholders, and environmentally sound and improved overall performance. 

The IMS team, composed of representatives from SCIPSI's various departments, underwent awareness and internal audit training, and conducted planning meetings, risk assessment workshops, and documentation review.
