CMSA handles 6 million TEUs in 8 years
Marking its eighth year of operation at the Port of Manzanillo, Contecon Manzanillo (CMSA) sets a new milestone after surpassing the six million TEU mark last August.
CMSA moved its six millionth TEU while servicing COSCO Shipping Lines’ 9,580-TEU capacity vessel CSCL ZEEBRUGGE.
Since commencing operations on 5 August 2013, CMSA continues to maintain its growth trajectory and investments in infrastructure and equipment to meet the growing demand for services at the Port of Manzanillo.
“We have worked with professionalism to guarantee the quality of services. Thanks to all the employees, CMSA has managed to be part of the group of companies whose performance serve as a benchmark throughout the Mexican Pacific,” said Fortino Landeros, former CMSA Chief Executive Officer.
