PIAN forges new partnerships

The ICTSI-led Parola Inter-Agency Network (PIAN) continues to strengthen its community engagement initiatives by partnering with new organizations.

On 5 February, PIAN formalized its partnership with Samaritan’s Purse Philippines and Centro Escolar University – Community Outreach Department.  Samaritan’s Purse Philippines is expected to offer programs and services that will complement PIAN’s health, education, and livelihood clusters; while the Centro Escolar University – Community Outreach Department will focus on health services.

The new member organizations are on board with PIAN’s commitment to the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals for 2030, and are expected to boost the network’s implementation of social programs, services, and other related initiatives.

Representatives of Samaritan’s Purse Philippines and Centro Escolar University – Community Outreach Department signed their formal commitments to PIAN and took their oath of commitment with ICTSI as the network’s lead convenor.
