Stronger together: PIAN marks 4th year with program improvements

This year marks four progressive years since the founding of the Parola Inter-Agency Network, a collaboration of different organizations that implement various social welfare programs, services, and activities for the benefit of the Parola communities.

Initially founded in 2016, PIAN was formally organized in the following year with ICTSI as the lead organizer and convener.  The network started with 10 founding members composed of government, nongovernment, and civil society organizations who are engaged with the beneficiary communities. Since then, PIAN has become stronger as it welcomed more organizations to join and share its vision.

To ensure the seamless delivery of services, the network observes complementation and convergence throughout the entire course of program development. For its fourth year, PIAN aims to further strengthen organization involvement and participation among members, focusing on enhancing and expanding health programs and reframing livelihood and education services to better-adapt with the effects of the pandemic.
